over 6500k the distance you can see starts dimenishing, thats why 4-6k is so popular

Used to have both 6K for my headlights and fogs but I just switched my fogs back to regular yellow halogen...

Thanks for the info Chubs. I def. don't want yellow. It would prob be either 4300, 6000 or 8000.

i would have to say thast not entirely true. Depends on the brand those guild lines are correct but i have 10k's which are supposed to be a Deep blue and its more of a light blue.

Depends on which car there in as well. i had 8k's before that and it was a white purpley kinda color

it is entirely true for people that don't buy cheap HIDs. IMHO.

I've had experience w/ both types....Phillips German OEM HIDs and cheapo china HIDs. you will notice the color pattern I said with the more expensive OEM HIDs.
