Alot of people have been calling honda and complaining about the issue with grinding while going into second gear as well as it poping out of gear while in third, forth and fifth.

Call Honda and let them know your having the issue as well. The idea is that enough peope will complain and Honda will put out a bullitin that this is a common issue and will be fixed .
